All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding,
which will be distributed to delegates during the Conference.
After peer reviewed by at least 2-3 experts, all the accepted papers will be published into International Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec,et al.

Please submit your paper to icmem2020@foxmail.com and title your submission email with "Paper Submission+TEL".
Submission Attentions
1. Papers submitted to the conference should be in English (including references and notes and legends).
2. Submitted papers should be original and within the scope of the conference.
3. Each paper should be at least 5 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.
4. Authors will be charged extra 400 RMB (55 USD)/page if the manuscript length is more than 7 pages
